Off-the-Grid Camp: Forks, Maine

A beautiful saltbox-style camp built on top of gravel using round cement pads and 8” x 8” pressure treated beams. The exterior of the building was designed for years of maintenance-free use. The windows, siding, and soffit vents are all vinyl with the the trim boards done out of PVC. The steel roof was chosen for auto snow removal during the long winters of Northern Maine.
