SCOPE OF WORK
- Construction of a new floor system on 2nd floor to accommodate a new public use space
- Steel beams have been added to the framing plan in order to help open up the floor plan on the 1st floor
- Historical consideration incorporated to help preserve some original integrity of the dairy barn
